I’ve worked closely with Kairos Meal Preps to develop a strong, consistent video presence across social and web. From day one, the goal was to create more than just food content — we focused on storytelling that connects with people trying to eat better, train smarter, and stay consistent.
I produced a series of short-form videos showcasing meal prep routines, kitchen process, client success stories, and the brand’s values. My role blended videography, creative direction, and strategy to help Kairos evolve into a lifestyle-focused brand that feels personal, motivating, and real.
